We were going to take the kids to Wildlights at the zoo but I heard from a friend it was lame so we went to the Botanical Garden in Bellevue. It was awesome, and cost barely anything. The pictures don't do it justice, they had these cool drippy looking lights that made all the trees look like they were dripping, and waterfalls and animals made out of lights.
