Goodbye 2017

I'm a little sad 2017 is over, it was a great year. We took our kids to Disneyland for the first time. We had a great vacation on a house boat on Lake Roosevelt. The kids learned how to knee board and wakeboard. Brad completed his first Iron man, I ran my first half marathon. We had a boat slip on the Spokane River and spent more hours on the boat then we have in years. Brad went on a fishing trip to Alaska, I had an amazing girls weekend in Chelan and wine tasting weekend with my sister for her 40th. Cate potty trained, no more diapers ever! But one of the most exciting things that happened in 2017 was that we broke ground to build our house!!!!! So now looking forward, in 2018 our house will be complete, which will be amazing. Keri and Jason will bless our family with another cousin (nephew). Brad and I are going to run the Wenachtee half marathon in April and maybe another one later in the year. In the mean time we are spending all our time hitting the slopes at Lookout Pass. Ski school started this weekend and the kids were excited to ski with other kids their age. We can only hope 2018 will be just as great!
