I really wanted to go to a Christmas tree farm to pick out a tree this year but the high was 20 on Sunday. It was too cold to be outside for more then 2 minutes so we went to our usual tree stand. All the trees were frozen solid so even after they were untied the branches they were stuck in the up position kind of like a deceased animal with rigamortis. We couldn't really tell what the trees looked like but we picked the best we could, and we were frozen ourselves after taking 5 minutes to pick a tree.

After it thawed we decided we picked a good one! It's tall.
Rudy decided to make his first appearance. The kids love Rudy, what will mischief will he cause? Good thing Pinterest has a million ideas :)
I got the kids their own trees this year to put in their rooms, mostly so I could have the big tree all to myself ;) ;) They got to decorate them with all their favorite ornaments. (Abi's on left, Ben's on right)
