Pumpkin farm with Abi's Kindergarten class

It was freezing but fun. We got to pick "pop" corn in pretty bright colors of purple, yellow, and red. All we have to do is take the cobs home and dry them for 4-6 weeks then we can pop the corn, cool! We also did a corn maze, went on a wagon ride, got to pick some gourds, mini pumpkins, and a big pumpkin. It was nice to meet all the kids in her class and the all the parents. Everyone was so nice. I found out Abi's best friend is actually Eileen (not Ellen) and is super sweet.

We don't get out much...........

So when we do we party like rock stars! We got invited last minute to join a group to go out bar hopping in a limo and the theme was rock stars. So much forking fun it was ridiculous! We paid for it the next day but seriously haven't had such a good time in ages!

On Sept 20th it was one and a half years since my mom left us. Just another day that came and went. Still so sad, still can't find the words, still cry mostly when I'm driving or stressed. Moving didn't make me need her any less but actually makes me miss her more. I think she would like it here, I wish so much she could come visit for the weekend. I wish I knew she was close.

On a wonderful note, my Dad has one year sobriety under his belt! Yay pops! Way to go!

Around our house is wang everywhere. Little buddy is nudie potty training. I don't want to think of all the things his little wang and bottom have touched. This evening I found him sitting on  the kitchen counter nudie and then he poo-ed on the kitchen floor. Get the antibacterial spray ready.......

Both our kiddos came down with pink eye this week and our stubborn Abigail is such a stinker to give eye drops. She just panics like she can't even help it and I can't get them in her eyes. So I have to sit on her and hold her arms down to get the drops in. It's like a wrestling match, borderline child abuse. Not really but it's pretty hilarious.

Corn maze

We skipped the corn maze last year because it was too windy and cold the day we wanted to go. This year it was beautiful and sunny in Green bluff on the Spokane country side, and the corn was huge!

The leader, and the sneaker.

Decent family picture

Reject, got to love the reject pictures.

Extra special day cause grammy was with us.

Sneaker in action

Good hiding spot babe

Little buddy liked carrying corn cobs through the maze.

Yes!

I drive by this old grange and always think it would a be great prop for pictures. Please disregard the boogers (darn it) at least they make my pictures authentic.
