Miss ya mom

Three years. Life changed so much that day and everyday since. I know I don't have to feel alone cause I see her everywhere, she's in every room, but sometimes I still do.

How is it possible to feel alone when surrounded by our billion children, family, and friends all the time? I'm not sure but it happens. A mom is your everything and that never changes. For some reason I'm supposed to make my journey without having her physical presence here to help, and sometimes I want nothing more than that. But instead I have to rely on everything she gave me to get me through. But I'm lucky cause she gave me a lot. She gave me love, made me tough, gave me strength, forced me to work hard, let me be sensitive. And she still does.

Epic wine weekend

What happens when four couples meet in Walla Walla for a wine tasting bus tour? We laughed till it hurt, almost got kicked out of the Marcus Whitman, invented the Gapple shot, had jello injectors, ate 25 soft tacos from Taco Bell at 1am, bowled and played pool, drank wine before noon, jumped on the bed, listened to gangsta rap while riding through the country side in a giant motor home, saw a hairy full moon, and of course someone went to Yakima. First kid-free weekend in two years! And we lived it up.

Sissy

 She says "Mom don't call me Abigail or Abi call me Sissy". This one tells you how it is. She is also the sweetest sissy to her brother and baby sister and wants to us help do everything, like making dinner, grocery shopping, and taking care of baby. She is the best student, and excels at school. We are looking forward to conference week. She told me this morning that Friday is going to be the best day of her life because at school she gets free choice on the ipad and she'll earn a wow for good behavior and get a sucker, and Grandma is coming! Love this girly, she's getting so big. 

Lucky momma

Lucky to spend my days surrounded by all this cuteness and sweetness. Baby chub and smiles. She is her own little soul, different in so many ways than her siblings. I can't wait to hear her first words, she says lots of da da da da da.

This boy has my heart. He loves school and is our social butterfly. He is no longer satisfied hanging out with me all day and being my shadow. He wants to go to school, he wants to go to the park, he wants to have a play date, he wants to go to daycare because his buddies are there. He is now going to school 3 days a week per his request. His best friend at school is a boy named Will. I love the way he jumps into any situation and finds friends to play with and is just a happy, likable guy. Everyone always seems to love Ben.

I apologize for the technical difficulties my blog has been having. For some reason my template quit working and in trying to download a new one (without properly backing up my data) I lost some stuff.  Mostly everything on my side bar. I was cursing the computer and wanting to cry but decided it was time for a new look anyway -trying hard to turn it into something positive. It will take me time to get everything back but I'm working on it a little each day. Be back to normal soon! :)
